The Magic Mayo concept began with a desire to create an instant, healthier alternative to mayonnaise, which is egg-free, gluten-free, contains no allergens, has 65% less calories than regular mayonnaise and is suitable for vegans. All this without compromising on taste and affordability. What was created far exceeded all expectations and as a result the food-service industry can now offer an alternative to regular mayonnaise that ticks all the right boxes for contemporary menu design and food preparation.
